Terms of Service

This Terms of Service adopted from Wordpress TOS with some modification to fit our services.

Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using ManageSMS services. By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access or use any of our services.

  1. Your ManageSMS account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account. You must not use this services in a misleading or unlawful manner, including in a manner intended to trade on the name or reputation of others, and ManageSMS may remove or disable your account that it considers inappropriate or unlawful, or otherwise likely to cause ManageSMS liability. You must immediately notify ManageSMS of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. ManageSMS will not be liable for any acts or omissions by You, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.
  2. Content of the SMS. You are responsible for the content of your SMS, the SMS must not contain spam, fraud, or any ilegal content that prohibited by laws. If you breaks the rule, your phone number will act as your identity (read point 3) and other user may report you to authorized commision.
  3. Your phone number. Phone number will act as your true identity, and you can't deny it, because we have validate your phone number during registration, and you in conscious state when you confirm your registration.
  4. SMS Delivery. Currently, we cannot guarantee your SMS was delivered or not because it's may vary and depends on operator networks, but you can see whether the SMS was sending or not in sending status.
